Stepping out of your comfort zone allows you to overcome fears, build resilience, and discover hidden strengths you never knew existed. Although it may feel uncomfortable at first, stepping out of your comfort zone is an empowering experience that enables you to expand your horizons and reach your fullest potential. Becoming a reflection of your vision is not an easy task, as it requires consistent effort and perseverance. LEADERSHIP
HOUSTON OWENS
Houston currently resides in Mobile, Alabama. Born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. A graduate of Woodham High School (2004). Student Athlete (Business)Bishop State Community College (2005-2007). University of Southern Miss (2008). At 12 yrs old, Houston’s mother ignited his passion for barbering by placing a pair of clippers in his hands! Shortly after, Mr. Owens became the neighborhood barber.
In 2015, Houston wanted to make his journey more official by attending the first historical black barber college in Alabama, Whites Barber College (1960). Graduated under the Legendary late great Issac White.
Passion Driven…
Houston has become a positive pillar as a community organizer. He focus on giving back to the youth by hosting annual Back to School events and more provided by his non profit organization (Brave By Reflection). He is also the owner of a successful Barber Shop Kings Grooming Lounge and Product Line Kleva Natural Hair & Skin Care LLC. As if that isn’t enough!(Lol) Houston is now embarking on a new journey! Following in the footsteps of the late great Mr. Issac White as he invites you to start your journey and create your own legacy by joining us at Krowwn Barber Academy. We are ready to uplift and bring back the professionalism and true skills and leadership in the barbering Industry.
